Join us at The Chester Hotel for a night of traditional Scottish revelry in honour of our national bard, Robert Burns, on Friday, 24 January 2025. Our Burns Supper promises an evening filled with laughter, fine food, and a wee bit of dancing – all delivered with the unmistakable Chester flair.

The night kicks off with a piper greeting you on arrival and a dram to warm you up. You’ll then be treated to all the essential Burns Night traditions, including the rousing Address to the Haggis. Feast on a mouthwatering three-course dinner, featuring classic Haggis, Neeps and Tatties with whisky sauce, followed by slow-braised ox cheek, and finishing with a delicious cranachan for dessert.

After dinner, the real fun begins as you hit the dance floor to the sounds of Fairdin, our ceilidh band. Dust off your dancing shoes – you won’t want to miss it!

Join us for our ever-popular Hogmanay Shindig, where the festivities kick off with a welcoming drink. Indulge in our mouthwatering New Year’s Eve menu, a tribute to Scottish culinary delights featuring smoked salmon, medallion of Aberdeenshire beef fillet and glazed passionfruit tart.
