‘Tis the season to indulge!
Our chefs have created a seasonal menu available in our restaurant from 30 November to 23 December with more than just an added pinch of festive cheer.
They have brought together the finest, local, seasonal ingredients to deliver the essence of a traditional Christmas but with the ever-present Chester twist.
Start with our velvety velouté, smoked salmon elegantly paired with blinis and capers, chicken liver parfait or the wintery-warming salt-baked beetroot.
Classic turkey and trimmings share the limelight with venison and cod dishes and our warming seasonal squash risotto.
No Christmas menu is complete without a divine dessert. We’ve got the firm favourites of sticky toffee pudding, brûleé, panna cotta and Scottish cheeses.
It will make you wish that Christmas comes more than once a year.
