Quality in Tourism

We've received our Quality in Tourism accreditation today.

This is an independently assessed scheme to verify establishments which have proved they are safe, clean and legal. 

Our assessment, which included a full walk through of all outside and inside areas, includes comments such as:

"It must be said it was gleaming"

"Great to see that toilet hygiene strips are being used in the ladies and all bedrooms, this will give guest confidence and make them feel safe."

"Very good to see that the hotel's terms and conditions are provided at the entrance in a large frame."

"A continental breakfast is served to the guest's bedroom with room service also being offered. Very good procedures are in place with delivery and collection."

"The management and team are to be congratulated on the positive steps that have been taken to ensure that guests and the team feel safe."
